How to use it

How much berberine is in each capsule?
Each capsule has 300mg of barberry root extract standardised to 2% berberine, about 6mg of berberine, plus 300mg of turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcumin, about 285mg of curcumin. It's a two-extract blend, not a high-dose berberine product.
How do I take it?
One capsule a day with 250ml of water during a meal. The 60 capsules last two months.
How is it different from a single berberine supplement?
Source Naturals Berberine 500mg, which we also stock, is a single-ingredient product at a far higher berberine dose. Trec Berberine + Turmeric gives a lower amount of berberine from barberry extract, alongside a high-curcumin turmeric extract, in one capsule a day.
