Berberine + Turmeric from Trec Nutrition is a food supplement combining two standardised plant extracts in a convenient one-a-day capsule. Each capsule pairs an extract of barberry root (Berberis aristata) with an extract of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa). The 60-capsule pack provides a two-month supply.
Composition per serving (1 capsule):
- Barberry root extract (Berberis aristata DC.), standardised to 2% berberine – 300 mg
- Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa L.), standardised to 95% curcumin – 300 mg
- Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids
Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with 250 ml of water during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of the reach of young children.
