No. The capsule shell is gelatine, coloured with titanium dioxide. Inside is alpha-lipoic acid (28.7%) with maltodextrin and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent.

No. ALA 250 contains no caffeine or other stimulants, so you can time it around your meals rather than your sleep.
