One capsule of Trec Ashwagandha Max gives 335mg of Withania somnifera extract standardised to 9% withanolides, which is about 30mg of withanolides. Ashwagandha has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we give you the dose rather than promise effects.
How do I take it, and how long does a tub last?
One capsule a day with a meal, washed down with about 250ml of water. At one a day, the 60 capsules last two months.
Is the extract from the root or the whole plant?
Polish retailer copies of the Trec label describe it as a whole-plant ashwagandha extract, not a root-only one. If you specifically want root extract, look at Trec Ashwagandha KSM-66, which uses the branded KSM-66 root extract.
