Each ultra-thin, transparent patch shields the spot from touching and picking while Salicylic Acid gets to work — gently exfoliating, absorbing excess oil and helping to unclog the pore for a faster-looking recovery.
Formulated with soothing Centella (Cica) and Green Tea Extract to help calm the skin, these patches are virtually invisible, so you can wear them with confidence under make-up or on bare skin, day or night. Each box contains 40 patches in two sizes to suit blemishes big and small.

How to use: Cleanse and fully dry the area. Apply a patch directly over the blemish and press gently. Leave in place for up to 8 hours, then remove and discard. Apply a fresh patch as needed.

What's in PanOxyl Daytime Invisible Patches?
Each ultra-thin patch is a clear adhesive film carrying salicylic acid, with Centella asiatica and green tea leaf extract. PanOxyl says they're free from fragrance, parabens, sulfates, latex and dyes.
Can I really wear one to work or school?
Yes, the box says all-day wear, even under make-up. Put the patch on clean, fully dry skin, press it down, and dab foundation over the top rather than rubbing so the edges stay flat.
How long should I leave a patch on?
Our listing says up to 8 hours, and US packs simply say to wear it all day, then peel it off slowly. Use a fresh patch each time rather than re-sticking an old one.
Why are there two sizes in the box?
You get 20 large and 20 small patches. Choose the one that covers the whole spot with a little clear skin around it, so the patch grips properly and the salicylic acid sits where it's needed.
Daytime patches or PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches?
The daytime patches are thinner, near-invisible and contain salicylic acid, which gently exfoliates dead skin and helps unclog pores. PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches, also in our range, are plain hydrocolloid patches with no active ingredient, made to absorb fluid from a spot while you sleep.
Can I use them with my PanOxyl wash or a treatment gel?
Use the patch after cleansing, once the skin is completely dry; it won't stick over a cream, gel or moisturiser. If the skin under the patch becomes red, sore or irritated, stop using them and ask a pharmacist.
