What's in each of the three tubs?
Shadowhey gives 20 g of protein per 25 g scoop. The Creatine gives 6 g of creatine (from 6.8 g creatine monohydrate) plus 1,000 mg beta-alanine, 500 mg taurine and eight B vitamins per 10 g scoop, and the EAA Complex gives all nine essential amino acids, including 2.1 g of BCAAs, per 13 g serving.
How do I fit all three into a day?
Mix one 10 g scoop of The Creatine with 250 ml of cold water every day, and two scoops (13 g) of EAA Complex with 250 ml of water around training. Shadowhey is one 25 g scoop in about 250 ml of water or milk after your session or between meals.
What will the stack actually do for me?
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, and creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise at 3 g a day, so one scoop of The Creatine covers it. The EAA Complex adds 1.2 mg of vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Why does The Creatine make my skin tingle?
Each scoop of The Creatine contains 1,000 mg of beta-alanine, which can cause a brief, harmless pins-and-needles feeling; the tub's warnings mention it. It usually fades within the hour.
How long does the bundle last?
The Creatine has 40 daily servings and the EAA Complex 27, so both last about five to six weeks. The 2.3 kg Shadowhey holds around 90 scoops, about three months at one shake a day.
Which flavour combinations can I pick?
Choose Vanilla or Chocolate Shadowhey, Cherry, Peach or Strawberry The Creatine, and Blood Orange, Bubble Gum or Cola EAA Complex: 18 combinations in the dropdown. Shadowhey is a milk product, so this bundle isn't suitable if you avoid dairy.
Do I need the EAAs if I already drink Shadowhey?
