How much zinc is in a serving?
12 drops (0.625ml) give 25mg of zinc as zinc sulphate, 250% of the reference intake, plus 1mg of copper (100%) and 30mg of sulphate. The 59ml bottle holds 96 servings.
How do I take the drops?
Shake the bottle, then take up to 12 drops a day in juice or with food. Don't go over 12 drops a day.
Why does it taste so strong?
It's a concentrate, so the metallic, mineral taste is intense on its own. Juice hides it far better than water, and you can start with fewer drops and build up to 12.
Why is there copper in a zinc product?
Taking zinc on its own for a long time can lower copper levels, so Ultra Lyte adds 1mg of copper to balance it. Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system, like zinc.
What does zinc do?

Can I take it with other zinc supplements?
Avoid stacking: 12 drops of Ultra Lyte Ionic Zinc already give 25mg, the most the UK advises taking from supplements each day. Use fewer drops if your multivitamin also contains zinc.
