How much boron is in a dropper?
One 1ml dropper gives 3mg of boron from sodium borate, alongside a trace mineral complex that supplies magnesium chloride, sodium chloride and other naturally occurring ionic minerals. The 60ml bottle holds 60 servings.
How long does a bottle of Ultra Lyte Ionic Boron last?
60 days, so two months at one dropper a day. The label says not to exceed 1ml a day, so it isn't one to double up on.
It tastes very strong. How do I take it?
Shake the bottle, then add the dropper to water or juice and take it with food, as the label suggests. Its mixing guide puts 1ml in 500ml for a light taste, 300ml for medium and 200ml for strong.
What does boron do?
Boron has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we don't promise anything for bones or hormones. It's a trace mineral found in fruit, vegetables, nuts and pulses, and Ultra Lyte Ionic Boron gives you a measured 3mg of it each day.
