How do I take Ultra Lyte Ionic Selenium?
Shake well, then take 1ml once a day, preferably diluted in water or juice and with food. The label's guide: 500ml of water for a light taste, 300ml for medium and 200ml for strong.
What does selenium do?
Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal thyroid function, the maintenance of normal hair and nails, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
What else is in the bottle?
