How to use it
Take one serving (3 capsules) daily with 300 ml of water, preferably straight after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.

What does Trec Liver Protect do?
Its 400mg of choline per serving contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, the authorised claim for this formula. The 260mg of vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
How do I take it?
Three capsules once a day with about 300ml of water, preferably straight after a meal. The 90 capsules make 30 servings, so one tub lasts a month.
What else is in each serving?
450mg milk thistle seed extract, 400mg D-aspartic acid, 300mg each of artichoke leaf extract (5% cynarin), barberry root extract (2% berberine) and alpha-lipoic acid, 150mg each of horsetail, ginger and yerba mate extracts, 100mg CoQ10, 45mg turmeric extract and 1.4mg vitamin B6. The botanicals have no authorised claims of their own.
Why is there D-aspartic acid in it?
Trec adds 400mg of D-aspartic acid, an amino acid more often sold for training routines; it carries no authorised claim. If you already take Trec DAA Ultra, remember to count both.
Does Liver Protect contain caffeine?
Possibly a little. It contains 150mg of yerba mate leaf extract, a natural source of caffeine, although Trec doesn't state a caffeine figure.
Can I take it with Trec Berberine + Turmeric?
They overlap: Liver Protect already has 300mg of barberry extract and 45mg of turmeric extract per serving, so taking both doubles your barberry. If you take regular medication, check with a pharmacist before combining them.
