One active ingredient: 200mg of Schisandra chinensis fruit extract per tablet. One tablet is the daily portion on the label.
How long do 90 tablets last?
90 days, or about three months, at one tablet a day. That makes Hepa Help one of the cheapest daily routines in the Trec range.
What does schisandra do?
Schisandra is a berry used in traditional Chinese cooking and herbal practice, but it has no authorised health claims in the UK. So we describe Hepa Help by its dose rather than promise liver results.
How should I take Hepa Help?
One tablet a day with water. Taking it with the same meal each day makes it easy to remember, and don't go over one tablet.
Hepa Help or Hepa Complete?
Hepa Help is a single herbal extract. Trec Hepa Complete is two capsules a day with 165.6mg choline, which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, plus soy phospholipids, L-ornithine, artichoke, turmeric and yerba mate.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or on medication?
Check with your GP or pharmacist before taking Hepa Help if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on regular medication or have a liver condition. If you have liver concerns, see your GP rather than starting a supplement.
