What's in a serving of Marathon?
Each 25 g serving gives 5.6 g maltodextrin, 5 g BCAAs (2:1:1), 1.5 g creatine, 1.5 g taurine, 1 g coconut water, 60 mg caffeine, 488 mg potassium, 319 mg sodium and 188 mg magnesium, plus B vitamins and vitamin C.
How many servings are in the 400 g tub?
16 servings of 25 g. The daily portion on the label is two servings (50 g), so at the full portion the tub lasts eight days.
What do the creatine and magnesium do?
The 50 g daily portion supplies 3 g creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. It also gives 375 mg magnesium (100% of the reference intake), which contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.
Does Marathon contain caffeine?
Yes: 60 mg per 25 g serving, or 120 mg across the two-serving daily portion. Add that to any caffeine gels or coffee on race day, and it isn't suitable for children or pregnant women.
Pineapple or Wildberry?
Both flavours are available on this page with the same per-serving formula, so choose by taste. Try your chosen flavour on a long training run first.
Marathon or Isotonic Sport?
Trec Endurance Marathon is the all-in-one formula, with BCAAs, creatine and caffeine on top of carbohydrate and electrolytes. Trec Isotonic Sport, which we also stock in 400g and 1000g, is the simpler carbohydrate-electrolyte drink for everyday sessions.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
