Your questions, answered
What does the bundle give me each day?
One Vitamin D3+K2 capsule gives 50mcg (2,000 IU) vitamin D3 and 75mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7. Four Super Omega-3 capsules give 720mg EPA and 480mg DHA, and four Triple Magnesium capsules give 261mg magnesium, 70% of the reference intake.
Will the three tubs run out at the same time?
No. Vitamin D3+K2 lasts 60 days and Triple Magnesium 30 days, but the 60-capsule Super Omega-3 lasts only 15 days at four a day. Two omega-3 capsules a day stretch it to 30 days and still give 600mg of EPA and DHA.
What are the authorised benefits?
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin K to normal bones. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (from 250mg a day), and magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
When should I take each one?
Vitamin D3+K2 is one capsule after a main meal. Super Omega-3 and Triple Magnesium are both two capsules twice a day with meals, which makes nine capsules a day on the full Daily Essentials routine.
Can I take it if I'm on blood thinners?
Speak to your GP or anticoagulation clinic first. Vitamin K affects how warfarin-type medicines work, and you should mention the fish oil too.
Is the Trec Daily Essentials Bundle vegetarian?
No — the D3+K2 and Super Omega-3 capsules are gelatine, and the omega-3 is fish oil, so avoid it with a fish allergy. Triple Magnesium alone uses a plant-based HPMC capsule.
Is it suitable in pregnancy or alongside other vitamin D?
Trec's labels say these products aren't intended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. For adults, 2,000 IU is half the 4,000 IU daily upper limit, so count any multivitamin that also contains vitamin D.

Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
