How to use

What does one Pomegranate Blueberry stick contain?
Each 6.1g stick gives 1,200mg vitamin C, 25mcg vitamin D3, 10mg vitamin B6, 25mcg vitamin B12, 100mg magnesium, 200mg potassium, 75mg sodium, 5mg zinc, 35mcg selenium and 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals, for 5 calories.
Where does the pomegranate-blueberry taste come from?
From a natural flavours blend rather than fruit, with Exberry grape colour for the deep red-purple shade. Sweetness comes from 1g of organic cane sugar plus the stevia sweeteners Reb A and Reb M.
How do I mix a Power Pak?
Tip the stick into 60–90ml (2–3oz) of water, stir until it dissolves, then top up with more water to taste. A little caking inside the stick is normal and doesn't affect quality.
Is one stick a day enough, or can I have two?
Stick to one: each Pomegranate Blueberry Power Pak already has 10mg of vitamin B6, the most UK guidance suggests taking from supplements in a day. The box of 30 is a month's supply at that rate.
What do the vitamins and minerals contribute to?
Vitamin C and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin C also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Is it vegan and caffeine-free?
