How to use
Take 1 packet daily. Mix contents with 2–3 oz of water and dilute to your taste. More packets can be taken based on physical activity or recovery needs.

What's in each Power Pak stick?
Each 6.1g stick provides 1,200mg vitamin C, 25mcg vitamin D3, 10mg vitamin B6, 25mcg vitamin B12, 255mcg DFE folate, 100mg magnesium, 5mg zinc, 35mcg selenium, 200mg potassium, 75mg sodium and 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals. That's 19 vitamins and minerals for 5 kcal and 1g of sugar.
How do I mix Power Pak?
Empty one stick into 2–3 oz (60–90ml) of water and top up to taste. Trace's directions are one packet a day, with extra packets depending on how active you are.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, and vitamin B12 to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Is it OK to have two Power Paks a day?
Occasionally, on heavy-sweat days. One stick already gives 10mg of B6, the daily amount the UK Food Standards Agency advises not to exceed long term, and a second doubles vitamin C to 2,400mg, which can upset some stomachs, so keep one a day as the routine.
Does Power Pak contain caffeine or allergens?
No caffeine is listed. It's sweetened with 1g of organic cane sugar plus stevia (Reb A and Reb M), and the box is marked certified vegan, gluten-free and 'no known allergens'.
Can children have Power Pak?
Trace Minerals advises speaking to a healthcare professional before giving Power Pak to children. With 1,200mg vitamin C and 10mg B6 per stick, it's dosed for adults.
