Your questions, answered
How much vitamin C is in one Mixed Berry stick?
1,200mg, which is 15 times the UK reference intake. Each 6.1g stick also gives 25mcg vitamin D3, 10mg vitamin B6, 25mcg vitamin B12, 5mg zinc and 35mcg selenium.
Which electrolytes does it contain?
Per stick: 100mg magnesium (as malate), 200mg potassium, 75mg sodium (as bicarbonate) and 60mg calcium, plus 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals. Power Pak Mixed Berry is vitamin-led with modest electrolytes, so it is not a heavy salt replacement for long, sweaty sessions.
How do I make it up?
Tip one stick into 60–90ml (2–3oz) of water, stir, then dilute to taste; a full glass gives a lighter berry flavour. A little caking inside the stick is normal and doesn't affect quality.
Is one stick a day enough, or can I have two?
We recommend one: each Mixed Berry stick already has 10mg vitamin B6, the most UK guidance suggests taking daily from supplements, plus 1,200mg vitamin C. At one a day the box of 30 is a month's supply.
How much sugar is in it, and is it vegan?
Each stick has 1g of organic cane sugar and 5 calories, with stevia-derived Reb A and Reb M doing most of the sweetening, and no caffeine. The box is marked certified vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin C and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Mixed Berry or another Power Pak flavour?
We stock Power Pak in many flavours, including Concord Grape, Cherry Lime, Watermelon, Tangerine and Pomegranate Blueberry, plus a Sugar Free Keto Citrus version. Amounts and sweeteners can differ between boxes, so check the panel if you switch.
