How to use
Mix one packet with 2–3 oz of water, then dilute to your taste preference. Take once daily. Additional servings may be used depending on your physical activity level.

What's in each Tangerine stick?
Each 6.1 g stick gives 1,200 mg vitamin C, 200 mg potassium, 100 mg magnesium, 75 mg sodium, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 10 mg vitamin B6, 25 mcg B12 as methylcobalamin and folate as methylfolate. It also adds 100 mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals, 19 vitamins and minerals in all.
What colours and sweetens it?
Beta carotene gives Power Pak Tangerine its orange colour; organic cane sugar (1 g per stick, 5 calories) and the stevia extracts Reb A and Reb M sweeten it. The box notes that some caking may occur and doesn't affect quality.
How do I mix it?
Empty one stick into 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of water, stir, then top up to taste. Trace's serving is one Power Pak a day, with extra packets allowed on days of heavy activity.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. One Tangerine stick gives 27% of the magnesium reference intake.
Is it OK to have two sticks on a long training day?
The label allows it, but two sticks mean 2,400 mg vitamin C and 20 mg vitamin B6. The NHS suggests no more than 10 mg of B6 a day from supplements unless a doctor advises it, so count any other supplements too.
Does it contain caffeine or allergens?
No caffeine or other stimulants. The Power Pak box carries Certified Vegan and Gluten Free marks and states no known allergens.
