How do I use Optimal-pH Drops?
Add 4 drops to 8oz (about 240ml) of water and stir. Trace Minerals suggests drinking 6–8 glasses of Optimal-pH water a day.
What's in each serving?
Four drops (0.25ml) give 25mg magnesium, 65mg chloride, 4mg sulphate, 150mcg lithium and 100mcg boron, from concentrated Utah sea minerals. The 30ml bottle holds about 120 four-drop servings.
How long does a bottle last?
At the suggested 6–8 glasses a day, the 30ml bottle lasts about 15–20 days. At two glasses a day it stretches to around two months.
Will Optimal-pH change my body's pH?
We don't claim that: your body keeps its blood pH within a tight range by itself, and 'pH balance' has no authorised health claim in the UK. What the drops add is magnesium, 150–200mg a day at 6–8 glasses, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.
How is it different from ConcenTrace?
Both come from the same Utah inland-sea mineral concentrate. Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Drops, which we also stock, are taken as up to 40 drops once a day, while Optimal-pH is a 4-drop dose meant to be spread across your glasses of water through the day.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
Yes — Optimal-pH is certified vegan and gluten-free and lists no known allergens. The only ingredient is concentrated seawater.
