How to use
Start gradually if new to ConcenTrace®: Week 1: 10 drops/day Week 2: 20 drops/day Week 3: 30 drops/day Week 4+: Up to 40 drops/day (½ tsp or 2.5 mL), as tolerated Mix drops into your favorite beverage at mealtimes. Do not refrigerate.

How much magnesium is in ConcenTrace?
250mg of magnesium per full 40-drop serving (½ teaspoon, 2.5ml), alongside 650mg chloride, 40mg sulphate, 1mg boron and just 5mg sodium. The 118ml bottle holds about 48 full servings.
Why do I need to build up slowly?
The label suggests 10 drops a day in week 1, 20 in week 2, 30 in week 3 and up to 40 from week 4. A high intake of magnesium may have a laxative effect; if that happens, drop back a few drops.
What should I mix the drops into?
Any drink at mealtimes: water, juice, a smoothie or soup. Neat, ConcenTrace tastes intensely salty and bitter, so spread the day's drops across several drinks rather than one small glass.
What does it do?
At the full 40 drops, the 250mg of magnesium (67% of the reference intake) contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Is ConcenTrace vegan?
Yes — the only ingredient is concentrated seawater from Utah's Great Salt Lake, and the label lists it as certified vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens. Keep it at room temperature; the label says not to refrigerate it.
Which size should I buy?
This 118ml bottle lasts about seven weeks at 40 drops a day. We also stock ConcenTrace in 15ml and 59ml sizes for travel and an 8oz (237ml) bottle for longer use.
ConcenTrace or Utah Sea Minerals?
ConcenTrace is the low-sodium concentrate, with 5mg sodium per serving. Trace Minerals Utah Sea Minerals keeps the natural salt (800mg sodium per 2 teaspoons), so ConcenTrace is the one to choose if you're limiting salt.
