How to use
Take up to ½ tsp (2.5 mL or ~40 drops) daily. Mix into your favorite beverage at mealtimes. If new to ConcenTrace®, start with 5 drops per day and increase weekly by 5 drops until reaching 40 drops. Do not refrigerate.

What's in ConcenTrace Drops?
Just concentrated, low-sodium seawater from Utah's Great Salt Lake. A 40-drop (2.5ml) serving provides 250mg magnesium, 650mg chloride, 40mg sulphate, 3mg potassium, 1mg boron and 1.5mg lithium, with only 5mg sodium.
How many servings does the 15ml bottle hold?
Six full 40-drop servings, or about 240 drops in all. If you start at 5 drops a day and build up as the label suggests, the 15ml bottle lasts around three and a half weeks.
How should I start taking ConcenTrace?
Begin with 5 drops a day and add 5 drops each week until you reach the full 40 drops (half a teaspoon). Mix them into a drink or food at mealtimes; on their own they taste very salty and bitter.
Why buy the 15ml size?
It's a pocket bottle for travel or for trying ConcenTrace before committing to a bigger one. The formula is the same as Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Drops 59ml, 118ml and 237ml, which we also stock.
What does the magnesium do?
At 250mg a serving, two-thirds of the UK reference intake, magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. ConcenTrace delivers it alongside chloride and trace elements from seawater.
Is it vegan, and how do I store it?
Yes — it's certified vegan and gluten-free, with no known allergens. Don't refrigerate it; small crystals can form over time, which Trace Minerals says doesn't affect quality.
