How to use

What's in a serving of ConcenTrace?
A full serving of ConcenTrace is 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml, about 40 drops) and gives 250mg magnesium, 650mg chloride, 40mg sulphate, 5mg sodium, 3mg potassium, 1.5mg lithium and 1mg boron. The only ingredient is concentrated seawater from the Great Salt Lake in Utah.
How do I start taking the drops?
Build up slowly: 10 drops a day in week 1, 20 in week 2 and 30 in week 3, then up to 40 drops a day. The label suggests adding 5 drops at a time, as tolerated, mixed into water or another drink at mealtimes.
How long does the 237ml bottle last?
96 servings at the full 40 drops a day, so just over three months for one person, and longer while you're still building up. That's why Trace Minerals labels the 237ml bottle a 3-month supply.
What does the magnesium contribute?
The 250mg per serving is about two-thirds of the UK reference intake, and magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. The 650mg chloride also contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
Can I use ConcenTrace to remineralise filtered water for the whole house?
You can add it to a jug of filtered or RO water, but the 40-drop daily maximum is per person. If you dose a jug, work out roughly how much each person drinks, so nobody goes past 40 drops in a day.
What does it taste like neat?
Very salty and bitter, because it's concentrated seawater, so always dilute it. A few drops in a large glass of water or juice is barely noticeable, and the label says don't refrigerate the bottle.
Which ConcenTrace size should I buy?
