How to use
Shake well before use. Take 8 mL (½ tbsp) daily alone or mixed with a beverage. Best taken 30–60 minutes before bedtime to support relaxation. Additional servings may be taken as needed. Excessive intake may cause a laxative effect.

How much magnesium is in each serving?
120 mg of magnesium, as magnesium glycinate, in each 8 ml (half-tablespoon) serving, about 32% of the UK reference intake, plus 10 mg ConcenTrace trace minerals. The 237 ml bottle gives about 30 servings, roughly a month at one a day.
When should I take it?
Many people take their 8 ml 30–60 minutes before bed, either neat or mixed into water or another drink. Any time of day works, so pick a slot you'll stick to.
What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. This liquid glycinate is an easy way to take it if you dislike tablets.
How does it taste compared with Mega-Mag?
Much milder. Liquid Magnesium Glycinate is lemon-lime flavoured and sweetened with stevia, so you can take it neat, whereas Trace Minerals Mega-Mag, which we also stock, is a salty magnesium chloride concentrate (400 mg per 4 ml) that needs hiding in juice.
Why are there crystals in the bottle?
Minor crystallisation can happen and doesn't affect quality or potency, according to Trace Minerals. Shake the bottle well before you measure each serving.
Can it upset my stomach?
Excessive intake may cause a laxative effect, so stick to the 8 ml serving and cut back if your stools loosen. Each serving has just 5 calories and 1 g carbohydrate.
Liquid or capsules?
Trace Minerals Magnesium Glycinate 120mg capsules, in 90 or 180 counts, suit you if you'd rather swallow a capsule. The liquid is for anyone who struggles with pills or wants to adjust the amount by the millilitre.
