How to use

120 mg of magnesium as magnesium glycinate, 32% of the UK reference intake, plus 50 mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals. One capsule is a serving, so the 90-capsule bottle lasts three months.
When is the best time to take it?
Trace suggests one capsule 30–60 minutes before bedtime. You can take it at any time of day, though; what matters is taking it regularly.
Can I take more than one capsule?
The label allows extra capsules if you want them, but high magnesium intake can have a laxative effect. The NHS says 400 mg a day or less from supplements is unlikely to cause harm, so up to three capsules (360 mg) keeps you within that.
