How to use
Mix 1 scoop (3 grams) with 2–8 oz of water daily. Best taken 30–60 minutes before bedtime for optimal calming benefits. Minor crystallization may occur but does not affect product quality. Avoid excessive intake to prevent a laxative effect.

How much magnesium is in a scoop?
Each 3g scoop gives 120mg of magnesium as magnesium glycinate (32% of the UK reference intake), plus 50mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals. The 180g tub holds about 60 scoops, so two months at one a day.
When should I drink it?
Mix one scoop into 60–240ml (2–8oz) of water. Trace Minerals suggests having it 30–60 minutes before bed, which makes Orange Dream an easy evening drink.
What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Can I take more than one scoop?
You can, but the label warns that too much magnesium can have a laxative effect. If that happens, go back to a single scoop a day.
What's it sweetened with?
Stevia (steviol glycosides), with natural orange and vanilla flavours and beta carotene for colour; there's no sugar in the ingredients. The label lists it as vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens.
Why has the powder gone lumpy?
Minor crystallisation can happen with this powder, and the label says it doesn't affect quality. Break up any lumps with the scoop and it mixes as normal.
