How to use
Shake vigorously before use. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily (1 capful = 2 tbsp). Start with 1 tbsp and increase if needed. Ideally, spread your servings throughout the day and mix with water or juice for best absorption. Excess magnesium may cause a mild laxative effect.

What's in a 2-tablespoon serving?
One capful (2 tbsp, 30ml) gives 1,200mg calcium, 600mg magnesium, 15mg zinc and 25µg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3, plus 435mg ConcenTrace trace minerals and 275µg boron. The minerals come as calcium magnesium citrate, magnesium citrate and zinc gluconate.
How should I take it?
Shake the bottle hard, then take 1 to 2 tablespoons a day, starting with 1 and building up. Spread it through the day, neat or in water or juice; the label notes that too much magnesium can have a laxative effect.
How long does the 887ml bottle last?
About 30 days at 2 tablespoons a day, or around 60 days at 1 tablespoon. The Piña Colada 473ml bottle we also sell lasts roughly half as long.
What do the minerals contribute?
Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal muscle function, while zinc and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Liquid Cal/Mag/Zinc gives you all four in one daily serving.
Is it vegan, and how much sugar is in it?
It's labelled gluten-free and certified vegetarian, with no known allergens, but not vegan. It's sweetened with stevia (Reb A), and a serving has about 30 calories and 7g of carbohydrate, all from glycerol.
