How to apply it
Take 1 to 2 tbsp daily (one capful = 2 tbsp). As this is a concentrated product, start with 1 tbsp and increase as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. Mix with water or juice. Shake well before use. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

How much calcium and magnesium is in a capful?
One capful is 2 tablespoons (30ml). Trace's current Cal/Mag/Zinc panel gives 1,200mg calcium, 600mg magnesium, 15mg zinc and 25µg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3 per capful, plus ConcenTrace trace minerals. Check the panel on your Orange Cream bottle, as Trace has changed this formula before.
How long does the 887ml Orange Cream bottle last?
About 30 days at the full 2-tablespoon serving, or around two months if you stay on 1 tablespoon a day. Trace suggests starting with 1 tablespoon and only going up if you need to.
How do I take a liquid mineral like this?
Shake the bottle hard first, as the minerals settle. Take it in or with a large glass of water or juice, ideally split across the day, then keep the bottle in the fridge and rinse the cap after each use.
What do calcium, magnesium and zinc do?
Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Can Cal/Mag/Zinc upset my stomach?
It can at the higher dose: Trace warns that excess magnesium may cause a laxative effect, and a full capful has 600mg. Dropping back to 1 tablespoon, or splitting the day's amount into two smaller doses, usually helps.
Can I take it alongside a vitamin D or magnesium tablet?
Check first: a full serving of Cal/Mag/Zinc already gives 500% of the vitamin D reference intake and 160% for magnesium. Ask your GP or pharmacist before stacking it with other supplements or if you take prescription medicine.
