How to use
Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily (1 capful = 2 tbsp). Begin with 1 tbsp and increase if needed, ideally split throughout the day. For best absorption and taste, mix with water or juice. Refrigerate after opening and rinse cap after use.

What's in a serving of Cal/Mag/Zinc?
Two tablespoons (30ml, one capful) give 1,200mg calcium, 600mg magnesium, 15mg zinc and 25µg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3, plus ConcenTrace trace minerals with 275µg boron. The 887ml bottle holds about 30 of those servings.
Should I start with the full capful?
No — the label says to begin with 1 tablespoon and go up to 2 if needed, ideally split through the day. At 1 tablespoon a day the bottle lasts about two months, and too much magnesium can have a laxative effect.
What do these minerals do?
Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, and zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
How do I take the liquid?
Shake it hard, then measure into a large glass of water or juice; Trace recommends taking it with plenty of liquid. Refrigerate after opening and rinse the cap after each use.
Is it vegan or sugar-free?
It's labelled certified vegetarian, not vegan, and gluten-free with no known allergens. It's sweetened with glycerine and Reb A (stevia) rather than sugar, at 30 calories per 2-tablespoon serving.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Check first: one 2-tablespoon serving already gives 500% of the vitamin D reference intake and 160% of the magnesium. Avoid adding another high-dose vitamin D or magnesium product, and ask your GP or pharmacist if you take medication.
