How to use
Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons (1 capful = 2 tbsp) daily. Start with 1 tbsp and increase if needed, preferably spread throughout the day. Mix with water or juice for best taste and absorption. Refrigerate after opening. Rinse cap after each use.

What does one capful of Cal/Mag/Zinc contain?
One capful of Liquid Cal/Mag/Zinc (2 tablespoons, about 30ml) gives 1,200mg calcium, 600mg magnesium, 15mg zinc and 25µg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3, plus 435mg ConcenTrace trace minerals with 275µg boron. Those are the figures on Trace Minerals' current label; older bottles differed, so check yours.
How long does the 473ml bottle last?
About 15 days at a full 2-tablespoon capful, or about a month at 1 tablespoon a day. If you settle on it, the Piña Colada also comes in an 887ml bottle, which we stock too.
Why does the label say to start with one tablespoon?
A full capful carries 600mg of magnesium, and the label warns that excess magnesium may have a laxative effect. Starting at 1 tablespoon and spreading doses through the day lets you find the amount that suits you.
What do calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D do?
Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, and zinc to the normal function of the immune system.
How should I take and store it?
Shake the Cal/Mag/Zinc bottle hard, then mix your dose into a large glass of water or juice; pineapple or orange juice suits the piña colada flavour. Refrigerate after opening and rinse the cap after each use.
Does Liquid Cal/Mag/Zinc contain sugar?
No sugar is listed — the sweetness comes from vegetable glycerin, about 7g per capful, for 30 calories a serving. The piña colada taste comes from natural pineapple and coconut flavourings, and the bottle is labelled gluten-free.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Look at what else you take first: a capful already provides 25µg vitamin D and 600mg magnesium, so a separate vitamin D or magnesium product would double up. Ask a pharmacist if you take any regular medicine.
