How to use it
Empty one packet into approximately 470 ml (16 oz) of water, stir to dissolve and follow with plenty of fluids for efficient hydration. Use up to one packet per serving. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

What's in each Keto Electrolyte packet?
Each 6.7g stick gives 1,000mg potassium (50% of the reference intake), 120mg magnesium (32%), 75mg calcium, 15mg chloride, 10mg sodium and 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals.
How do I use the stick packs?
One packet a day, emptied into 240–350ml (8–12oz) of water, per the box; drink plenty of other fluids through the day. The 30 sticks last a month.
What do the minerals do?
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Does it give me sodium?
Barely — 10mg per stick, because this is Trace's potassium formula. If you want salt too, Trace Minerals ZeroLyte, which we also stock, has 1,000mg sodium per stick.
Will Keto Electrolyte affect ketosis?
It has no carbohydrate or sugar and is sweetened with stevia (steviol glycosides, Reb A and Reb M). The box is marked vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens.
Should anyone check with a doctor first?
Yes — ask your GP or pharmacist first if you've been told to limit potassium, for example with a kidney condition or a medicine that raises potassium, because one stick gives 1,000mg.
