What's in each Hydro Pak Sport stick?
Each 8g stick has 300mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 5g carbohydrate from dextrose (20kcal), 50mg vitamin C, 10mg niacin, 1mg vitamin B6, 3mcg vitamin B12, 5mg pantothenic acid, calcium, phosphorus and 100mg ConcenTrace trace minerals.
One stick or two?
One stick in 240–475ml (8–16oz) of water for everyday hydration, or two sticks in 475–710ml (16–24oz) during intense activity, which doubles everything to 600mg sodium and 10g sugar. The box of 30 covers a month of daily drinks or 15 hard sessions.
Why does it contain sugar?
Hydro Pak Sport is Trace's endurance formula, so it adds 5g of dextrose per stick alongside the electrolytes. If you're on keto or avoiding sugar, Trace Minerals Keto Electrolyte stick packs have no carbohydrate.
What do the vitamins do?
Vitamins B12, B6, C, niacin and pantothenic acid all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and one stick gives 120% of the reference intake for B12. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Hydro Pak Sport or ZeroLyte?
ZeroLyte, which we also stock, is the heavy-sweat option with 1,000mg sodium per stick and no sugar or vitamins. Hydro Pak Sport is lighter on salt, with carbohydrate and B vitamins for longer sessions.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
Yes: the box is marked vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens, sweetened with dextrose plus the stevia extracts Reb A and Reb M and coloured with beetroot. Some caking can happen in the sticks and doesn't affect quality.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
