How do I take it?

What does the vitamin C do?
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, gums and blood vessels. Collagen itself has no authorised health claim, so that is the claim this powder carries.

Who shouldn't take it?
