2,200mg of hydrolysed fish collagen peptides, type I, whichever flavour you choose. In the Natural tub that's four 550mg scoops and nothing else.
How many servings are in a 200g tub?
About 90 in the Natural version. Pear and Black Currant also contain flavouring, citric acid and sweeteners, so their serving is 2.6g (five scoops) and a tub gives roughly 76.
How do I take it?
Stir one serving into 100–150ml of water or juice, shake well and drink it once a day. The label says OstroVit Marine Collagen is for drinking only, not for putting on the skin.
Will it firm up my skin or help my joints?
Collagen has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we don't promise firmer skin or easier joints. This powder gives you a measured daily amount of fish-derived collagen protein if it's already part of your routine.
Which flavour should I pick?
Natural has no flavouring or sweetener, so it disappears into coffee, smoothies or porridge. Pear and Black Currant make a drink on their own and are sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K.
