Four capsules give 2200mg of hydrolysed fish collagen (type I), 120mg of hyaluronic acid as sodium hyaluronate and 80mg of vitamin C, which is 100% of the reference intake.
How long does the tub last?
30 days — the 120 capsules cover one four-capsule serving a day, swallowed with water. You can take all four together or split them across the day.
What does the vitamin C do?
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage and bones, and it's the ingredient in OstroVit Marine Collagen that carries an authorised claim. Collagen and hyaluronic acid have no authorised health claims of their own.
Can I open the capsules and use them on my skin?
No — the label states the product is intended only for consumption, not for use on the skin. Swallow the capsules with water.
Is it suitable if I'm allergic to fish or pescatarian?
