What do I get?
As our product photo shows, a grey funnel with a screw cap on the spout and a blue OstroVit screw-on lid, plus a grey pot split into three sections. The parts screw together so you can carry powder and capsules in one piece.
How do I use it at the gym?
At home, put a scoop of powder in the funnel with the spout cap on and screw the lid down. At the gym, take the spout cap off, put the spout into your shaker's neck and tip the powder straight in.
What's the three-section pot for?
Capsules or tablets you take around training, such as creatine capsules, a multivitamin or electrolyte tablets, each kept in its own section. It saves carrying separate tubs in your bag.
Will it fit my shaker or bottle?
The narrow spout fits standard shaker and sports-bottle necks, including our Trec Nutrition 700ml shakers and the Applied Nutrition ABE Shaker. Wide-neck shakers are even easier to fill.
How much powder does it hold?
OstroVit doesn't publish a capacity for this funnel, so try a heaped scoop of your own powder at home before relying on it for a double serving. Bulky powders like whey take up more room than creatine or pre-workout.
How do I stop powder sticking in the spout?
Make sure the funnel is completely dry before you fill it, because damp plastic makes creatine and protein clump in the spout. Wash it in warm soapy water after flavoured powders and leave the parts apart to air-dry.
