DIM-plus™ (Diindolylmethane) from Nature's Way features diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. DIM has unique hormonal benefits. For example, it supports the activity of enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism.
