How to use it
Women take 2 capsules daily with food. Men take 2 capsules twice daily with food. For Intensive Use (Women/Men): take up to double the recommended dose.
Ingredients

How much DIM is in each serving?
Two capsules provide 100mg of Indolplex BR-DIM complex, Nature's Way's enhanced-absorption form of diindolylmethane, plus 100mg of a spinach, broccoli and cabbage blend. DIM has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we describe DIM-plus rather than promise results.
How many capsules should I take?
Women take two capsules once a day with food; men take two capsules twice a day with food. The label allows up to double for intensive use, but not more.
How long does the 120-capsule bottle last?
60 days for women at two capsules a day, or 30 days for men at four a day. Nature's Way DIM-plus 60 Veggie Caps is the same formula in a half-size bottle.
Why has my urine changed colour?
That's expected — the label says DIM-plus can cause a harmless but noticeable change in urine colour.
Can I take DIM-plus if I'm pregnant or trying to conceive?
No — the label says not to use it if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to become pregnant. It isn't formulated for under-18s either.
Can I take it with medication?
Check with your GP or pharmacist first. The label asks you to consult a healthcare professional if you take any medication or have a hormone-sensitive or other medical condition.
Is DIM-plus vegan and soy-free?
Current Nature's Way labelling lists DIM-plus as vegan and gluten-free, in a plant-based hypromellose capsule. Some older labels listed soy, so check the panel on your bottle if you avoid it.
