Your questions, answered
How much creatine is in a scoop of Levro Mono?
One 4.5g scoop is creatine monohydrate, which gives about 4g of pure creatine, with 50mg barley beta-glucan added. The 300g tub holds 66 servings.
Why split the scoop before and after training?
That's Levrone's suggested routine: mix a scoop into 250ml of water and drink half before your session and half after. On rest days, take one serving at any time to keep your daily intake steady.
What does creatine actually do?
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g. One Levro Mono scoop covers that with some to spare.
Why does it contain beta-glucan?
Levrone adds 50mg of barley beta-glucan per scoop as an extra; at that level there's no health claim for it, and the creatine does the work. Because it comes from barley, check the allergen panel on the tub if you avoid gluten.
Does Levro Mono taste of anything?
No, it's unflavoured, micronised creatine, so it disappears into water, juice or a protein shake. Stir or shake well, as creatine can settle at the bottom of the glass.
Who shouldn't use it?
The label says it's not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and should be kept away from young children. Don't exceed the recommended daily dose.
Levro Mono or LEVRONE Gold Creatine?
Both are 300g tubs of creatine monohydrate. Levro Mono gives 66 servings with beta-glucan, while LEVRONE Gold Creatine has a 5g serving (4.4g creatine) with vitamin B6 and 60 servings.
