How to use it

Do I need a loading phase?
Levrone's directions don't include one: just one 5g scoop in 250ml of water every day. On training days the label suggests taking it straight after your session.
What will Gold Creatine do for my training?
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the effect seen at 3g a day; each scoop gives 4.4g. The vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Will it change the taste of my shake?
No, it's unflavoured and dissolves easily, so it goes into water, juice or a protein shake without altering the flavour. Give it a good stir, as undissolved creatine can sink.
Who shouldn't take it?
