How much creatine is in a serving?
Five chewable tablets give 5,000mg creatine monohydrate, which is 4,400mg of creatine itself, so roughly 1g of monohydrate per tablet. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
How many do I chew, and when?
Five tablets a day. The label sets the daily amount but no timing, so before or after training or spread through the day all work, as long as you stay at five.
How long does the 240-tablet tub last?
48 days at five tablets a day (240 ÷ 5).
What's in the chews besides creatine?
Maltodextrin, a cellulose filler, anti-caking agents, flavourings and citric and malic acids, sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K. The Dragon Fruit colour comes from beetroot juice and black carrot concentrates.
Chews or creatine powder?

Are there any warnings?
