Is this tablets or pellets?
Pellets — despite the '30 Tabs' in our product name, this is Boiron's blue single tube of Hypericum perforatum 30C, about 80 pellets or 16 doses of five. The '30' is the 30C dilution.
What does the label say it's for?
Boiron's US label lists Hypericum perforatum 30C for nerve pain following minor injuries. Boiron states its homeopathic uses are based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence.
How do I take the pellets?
Turn the tube's cap to release five pellets and let them dissolve under the tongue, three times a day until relieved, unless a doctor advises otherwise. The dispenser cap means you don't need to handle them.
What does 30C mean?
It's the homeopathic dilution: the Hypericum (St John's wort) stock has been diluted 1:100 thirty times over. 30C is one of the most common potencies for Boiron's single remedies.
What are the pellets made of?
Sucrose and lactose carry the remedy, so avoid them if you can't have lactose. There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
When should I stop and see a doctor?
Stop and see a doctor if symptoms last more than 3 days or get worse, and ask a health professional before use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Don't use the tube if its seal is broken.
