How to use it

What is Arnicare Cream used for?
Arnicare Cream is a homeopathic medicine whose US label says it temporarily relieves muscle pain and stiffness from minor injuries, overexertion and falls, and reduces pain, swelling and discolouration from bruises. Boiron notes these uses haven't been evaluated by the FDA.
How do I apply it?
Spread a thin layer over the affected area and massage it in gently as soon as possible after a minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.
What's the active ingredient?
Arnica montana 1X HPUS at 7%, from a mother tincture of the whole fresh arnica plant. The cream base is unscented and paraben-free.
Where shouldn't I put it?
Only on unbroken skin: keep it away from eyes, mucous membranes, cuts and wounds, and don't bandage tightly or use a heating pad over it. Stop and see a doctor if things haven't improved after 3 days or get worse.
Who shouldn't use Arnicare Cream?
Anyone allergic to Arnica montana or to any of the cream's inactive ingredients. Keep the tube away from children, and get medical help if any is swallowed.
Cream or Arnicare Gel?
Same arnica active at the same 1X strength, different base: the cream massages in like a moisturiser and suits drier skin, while Boiron Arnicare Gel 120g is a lighter, cooling gel that absorbs quickly. This cream comes in a 70g tube.
