The label says Boiron Arnicare Leg Cramps, a homeopathic medicine, temporarily relieves day and night cramps and spasms in the calves, legs, thighs and arms, and cramps from muscular overexertion. Boiron states these uses are based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence.
How do I take the tablets?
