What is Bryonia 30C used for, according to the label?
Boiron's label says Bryonia 30C temporarily relieves muscle and joint pain, including stiffness, pain improved by rest and minor arthritis pain. Boiron states these uses are based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence.
How do I take the pellets?
Adults and children: when symptoms start, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until they're relieved, or as a doctor directs. No water is needed.
How long does a pack last?
Each tube holds about 80 pellets, 240 in total. At 15 pellets a day, that's around 16 days, though the label says to stop once symptoms are relieved.
Are the pellets suitable if I avoid lactose?
No — the pellets are made from lactose and sucrose, so they're not suitable if you avoid lactose or dairy. There are no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
When should I stop and see a doctor?
Stop and ask a doctor if symptoms last more than 3 days or get worse, if new symptoms appear, or if there's redness or swelling. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.
