What's actually in an Animal Cuts pack?
Each pack is a strip of capsules covering eight complexes: thermogenic, metabolic, nootropic, cortisol, thyroid, diuretic, appetite and bioavailability. Named ingredients include caffeine, green tea extract, two forms of L-carnitine, tyrosine, choline, huperzine A, ashwagandha and BioPerine black pepper extract.
How do I take Animal Cuts?
Universal's schedule is one pack on waking (before fasted cardio, if you do it) and a second pack 4–6 hours later, about 30 minutes before training. At two packs a day the 42-pack tub is a 21-day cycle.
Which capsule is the stimulant?
The red capsule in each Animal Cuts pack is the caffeine-based stimulant complex, and Universal says you can take it out if you're caffeine-sensitive or already using a pre-workout. The two solid blue capsules are the diuretic (water) complex and the orange one is the thyroid complex.
How should I handle the caffeine?
Count it with everything else you drink: coffee, energy drinks and pre-workouts all add up. Check the caffeine figure on your tub, keep the second pack away from the evening, and drink plenty of water, as Universal warns that a second dose on an empty stomach after a day's fasting can make you jittery.
Will Animal Cuts make me lose weight?
Not on its own — none of its ingredients carries an authorised weight-loss claim in the UK. Your diet and training drive the change; Animal Cuts is a stimulant pack some experienced trainers use alongside a structured cut.
Who shouldn't take it?
Animal Cuts isn't for under-18s or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and it shouldn't be combined with other caffeinated products. Speak to your GP first if you have a medical condition or take medication, and stop two weeks before planned surgery.
