What's in each Animal Stak pack?
Each pack gives 25mcg vitamin D3, 25mg zinc, 425mg magnesium and 10.5mg vitamin B6, plus five blends: a 1,500mg herb complex (tribulus, longjack, fenugreek, nettle root, maca), a 1,500mg amino blend (arginine, lysine, glutamine, glycine, ornithine) and three smaller complexes that include DIM, agmatine, quercetin and ashwagandha. The label doesn't give amounts for the individual herbs.
How do I take Animal Stak?
One pack a day for 21 days in a row: 30–45 minutes before lifting on training days, and before bed on rest days. Animal recommends three weeks on and one week off, so one 21-pack tub is exactly one cycle.
What do the vitamins and minerals in it do?
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. The herb and amino blends have no authorised health claims in the UK, so we make no promises for them.
Can I use Animal Stak if I'm drug-tested?
Check with your governing body first. The label itself warns that some athletic associations may prohibit its use, so run the full ingredient list past your federation before you open a pack.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says it isn't for under-18s, or for anyone pregnant, nursing or with a serious medical condition, and Animal says it suits men aged 25 and over best. With 25mg zinc and 10.5mg B6 in every pack, don't add a ZMA or multivitamin on top without adding up your totals.

Animal Stak is the 21-pack built around zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3 and a tribulus and longjack herb complex. Animal M-Stak is the 21-pack Animal sells as its non-hormonal option, and Animal PM is a 30-pack taken at night; we stock all three, so compare the panels before you choose.
Is Animal Stak vegetarian?
No. The capsules are made with bovine gelatine and coloured with FD&C dyes, so Animal Stak isn't suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
