Your questions, answered
What's in each Animal M-Stak pack?
Each pack holds 8 pills covering five complexes: 3,000mg of aminos (leucine, isoleucine, valine, taurine, acetyl-L-carnitine), 1,325mg built on a 1,000mg organic mushroom blend with ashwagandha and AstraGin, a 725mg plant-sterol complex, 500mg of fenugreek, cinnamon and banaba, and a 500mg energy complex. Those are the current US label amounts; check the panel on your box.
How do I run an M-Stak cycle?
One pack a day for 21 straight days: 30–45 minutes before lifting on training days, and between meals on rest days. Universal then recommends a week off before repeating, so three weeks on, one week off.
How much caffeine is in M-Stak?
About 200mg, all in the single red capsule along with kola nut and guarana. You can leave that capsule out, for example before a late session or if you already use a caffeinated pre-workout; the label says not to combine M-Stak with other caffeinated products.
Who shouldn't take it?
Under-18s and anyone pregnant or nursing, and the label asks you to see a doctor first if you have a medical condition or take medication. Stop if you get nervousness, tremors, sleeplessness, loss of appetite or nausea.
Is M-Stak OK for drug-tested athletes?
Check with your federation first — the label itself warns that some athletic associations may ban this product. The current formula includes Cyanotis vaga extract (beta-ecdysterone) and Ajuga turkestanica, the kind of ingredients testing bodies look at closely.
Is Animal M-Stak vegetarian?
No — the capsules are made from bovine gelatin. It's also produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and sesame.
M-Stak or Animal Stak?
Both are 21-pack, three-week cycles from Universal Nutrition. M-Stak is the caffeinated, non-hormonal pack built on aminos, mushrooms and plant sterols; Animal Stak, which we also stock, is a different formula, so compare the two panels before you choose.
