What's in a serving of each?
A 30g serving of Trec Whey 100 gives roughly 22–24g of protein depending on flavour, with around 2g of carbohydrate. A 5g scoop of Creatine 100% gives 3.82g creatine monohydrate (3.36g creatine), plus 90mg vitamin C.
Is Creatine 100% pure creatine?
Not quite, despite the name: the powder is 76% creatine monohydrate, 22% sodium citrate and 2% vitamin C. That's why each 5g scoop delivers 3.36g of creatine rather than 5g.
What will the two do for me?
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to its maintenance, and creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the benefit at 3g a day. One scoop of Creatine 100% clears that 3g.
How long does the Whey + Creatine Starter Stack last?
The 900g bag of Whey 100 gives about 30 servings, a month at one shake a day, while the 300g creatine tub gives 60 daily scoops. Expect to restock whey once before the creatine runs out; Trec Whey 100 2275g, which we also sell, is the bigger bag.
Can I put the creatine in my protein shake?
Yes — Creatine 100% is unflavoured, so it disappears into the whey. Trec suggests taking it about 30 minutes before or straight after training, and on rest days after waking or before bed.
Is it suitable if I'm lactose intolerant?
Probably not: Whey 100 is made from milk whey concentrate, which still contains some lactose, and milk is the main allergen. Both labels also say they aren't for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Which flavours are there, and what's the shaker?
Whey 100 comes in Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Chocolate-Coconut. The free shaker is Trec's 700ml Boogieman, for cold drinks only.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
