What do I get in the Boogieman stack?
One 300g tub of Boogieman pre-workout, one 300g tub of Boogie Creatine and a free Boogieman 0.7L shaker. You choose the flavours separately: Tropical, Bubble Gum, Candy, Grapefruit-Lime or Forest Fruit for Boogieman, and Candy or Tropical for the creatine.
How much caffeine is in Boogieman?
150mg of caffeine anhydrous per 10g serving, with 2,400mg beta-alanine, 2,500mg citrulline malate, 1,500mg AAKG and 1,000mg taurine. Start with half a serving if you're new to it.
How much creatine is in Boogie Creatine?
Each 3.9g portion gives 3.41g creatine monohydrate, which is 3g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and the benefit comes from 3g a day.
How do I time the two?
Boogieman goes in 20–30 minutes before training, on training days only. Boogie Creatine is daily: on training days 30 minutes before or straight after your workout (it can share the shaker with Boogieman), and on rest days in the morning or at bedtime.
How long do the tubs last?
The creatine gives 76 daily portions, roughly 11 weeks. Boogieman gives 30 servings of 10g, so if you train four times a week it lasts about seven weeks; a single Trec Boogieman 300g refill is sold separately.
Why does Boogieman make my skin tingle?
That's the 2.4g of beta-alanine per serving: a harmless pins-and-needles feeling that wears off. A smaller serving makes it milder.
Who shouldn't use this stack?
Neither product is for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Boogieman's caffeine also rules it out if you're caffeine-sensitive; with a heart or blood-pressure condition, ask your GP first.

Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
