Your questions, answered
How much protein is in a scoop of Whey 100?
A 30g serving of Trec Whey 100 gives about 24g of protein, 115kcal, 0.9g fat and 2.3g carbohydrate, of which 0.5g is sugar. That's 81g of protein per 100g of powder.
How many shakes are in 900g?
About 30 servings of 30g. One shake a day lasts a month; Trec's label allows up to three 30g servings a day on heavy training days, which brings it down to about 10 days.
What does whey protein do for me?
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones. Whey 100 is a quick way to top up your daily protein when meals fall short.
Water or milk?
Shake a 30g serving (two scoops) with about 200ml of water for the leanest shake, or milk for a creamier one with extra protein and calories. Most people have it after training or between meals.
Is it suitable if I'm lactose intolerant?
Probably not: it's made from milk whey concentrate, which still contains some lactose, and the label lists milk as an allergen. It may also contain traces of soy, gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
900g or the 2275g bag?
The 900g bag is the one to start with while you find a flavour you like. Trec Nutrition Whey 100 2275g, which we also stock, is the same protein in a bag about two and a half times bigger for daily users.
Individual results may vary.
