What makes it stand out?
Fast Absorption - feeds your muscles quickly after every workout.
I train four times a week but struggle to eat enough protein - is this the fix?
That's exactly what a whey concentrate is for. Whey 100 is 100% whey protein concentrate at over 80% protein - about 24g per 30g scoop - and protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. One or two shakes a day quietly closes the gap your meals leave.
When's the best time to drink it?
Post-workout is the classic slot, but total daily protein matters more than timing. Mix a 30g scoop into water for lean macros or milk for a creamier, higher-calorie shake - it also works between meals or stirred into porridge.
Should I grab the 900g or go straight for the 2.27kg tub?
If you already know you like the flavour, the 2275g tub is the value play - about 75 servings, so two or three months of daily shakes and a better price per serving. The 900g is the right first buy to test a new flavour.
There are nine flavours - any guidance?
The range covers Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Double Chocolate, Cookies, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Chocolate-Coconut, Brownie. Chocolate and vanilla are the safe daily picks; cookies, brownie and peanut butter drink more like a treat. Same formula and macros underneath whichever you choose.
