Your questions, answered
Is there creatine in the Pump Stack?
Yes — Nitrobolon is a creatine product: each 15g serving gives 3,420mg creatine monohydrate (3g of creatine) alongside arginine, taurine, glutamine, tyrosine, citrulline malate and inosine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise at 3g a day, so you don't need a separate creatine.
Do any of the three contain caffeine?
No. Nitrobolon, Citrulline Synergy and AAKG Mega Hardcore are all stimulant-free, so the Trec Pump Stack suits evening training or can run alongside a caffeinated pre-workout if you use one.
How do I time everything?
Nitrobolon: 15g in 300ml water 30 minutes before training (before your main meal on rest days). Citrulline Synergy: one 3g portion 30 minutes before and one straight after training. AAKG Mega Hardcore: four capsules before and four after.
How long does each part last?
Nitrobolon gives 40 servings and Citrulline Synergy 80 portions, so both last about 40 days at full use. AAKG at eight capsules a day lasts 15 days in the 120-capsule size or 30 days in the 240, which is the closer match.
How much arginine and citrulline is that in a day?
Used together at full dose, the three give about 4,000mg L-arginine (1,825mg from Nitrobolon, 2,180mg from AAKG) and about 5,250mg L-citrulline, most of it from Citrulline Synergy. Arginine and citrulline have no authorised health claims, so we give the doses rather than promise a pump.
Is the stack vegetarian?
Not entirely: AAKG Mega Hardcore uses gelatine capsules coloured with titanium dioxide. The two powders are sweetened with sucralose and come in Orange or Tropical (Nitrobolon) and Watermelon or Mango (Citrulline Synergy).
Who shouldn't use the Trec Pump Stack?
The labels say children and pregnant or breastfeeding women shouldn't take these products, and Trec advises against using AAKG for long periods without consulting a doctor. They may contain milk, soy, gluten, fish and peanuts.
